Discord Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Discord. If you are between 13 and the age of legal consent in your country, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use Discord. Your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms.

2. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Discord cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to do any of the following while using the Service:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation.
• Upload viruses or other malicious code.
• Scrape, collect, or harvest data without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.

4. Intellectual Property

Discord claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. However, by setting your pages or content to be visible to others, you agree to allow other users to view your content within the context of the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
